Original Report Details

I saw a hovering object with alternating green and red lights. It remained in rhe same spot for atleast five minutes

Suddenly, it descended very fast about 100 feet and stopped on a dime. Then the object remained in that spot while the green and red lights opened up like wings. It hovered in tgat position for several minutes and flew away very fast. This happened on Lihue on Monday night around 8:45 -9:15
