These guidelines apply to event reports, replies, photographs, videos, captions, profile information, and other material submitted to Live Earth Reports.
Be truthful and specific
Describe what you personally observed and separate observation from guesses about the cause. Do not fabricate events, recycle old media as current, alter media to mislead, impersonate witnesses, or present rumors as confirmed facts.
Protect privacy
Do not publish private addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, medical details, account information, precise locations of vulnerable people, or other sensitive personal information. Avoid identifiable faces, license plates, school details, and information about minors unless publication is lawful, necessary, and authorized.
No threats or harassment
Do not threaten, intimidate, stalk, shame, target, or encourage abuse of another person or group. Disagreement is allowed; personal attacks and coordinated harassment are not.
No illegal or dangerous content
Do not use the site to facilitate crimes, violence, exploitation, trespassing, interference with emergency responders, dangerous investigations, malware, scams, or instructions that create a substantial risk of harm.
Respect copyright and ownership
Upload only material you created or have permission to publish. Credit alone does not replace permission. Do not remove watermarks or falsely claim ownership.
No spam or manipulation
Do not post repetitive promotions, irrelevant links, fake engagement, automated junk, undisclosed paid endorsements, referral schemes, or attempts to manipulate report counts or public attention.
Use appropriate media
Graphic injury, death, sexual content, or disturbing material may be rejected, restricted, blurred, or removed. Never submit sexual content involving minors. Add context and warnings when material may be disturbing.
Emergency reports
Submitting a report does not contact emergency services. Call local emergency services first when anyone may be in immediate danger. Do not delay evacuation or safety action to record or upload content.
Moderation
We may reject, edit, label, reduce location precision, unpublish, remove, or preserve material. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted access and may be reported to appropriate authorities when required or reasonably necessary for safety.

Use our Contact page or email Contact@LiveEarthReports.com. Include the exact URL, the concern, and supporting information. Do not retaliate against a submitter.
