Live Earth Reports respects copyright and expects users to upload only material they own or are permitted to publish.
How to send a copyright notice
Send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL of the material you want reviewed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- Your statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice to Contact@LiveEarthReports.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Incomplete notices may delay review.
What we may do
We may remove or restrict access to material, request more information, notify the submitter, preserve records, or take other reasonable action. Removal is not an admission that infringement occurred.
Counter-notices
A person whose material was removed may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its former URL, contact information, a statement that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction, and a physical or electronic signature. We may restore material when legally permitted unless the complaining party reports that a court action has been filed.
Repeat infringement
We may restrict or terminate submission access for repeat or serious infringement and may remove additional material associated with abuse.
