I saw the same object for around 2 minutes in the southern sky from Quarryville PA. It then got brighter and then it got brighter and then seemed to lose the trailing tail and then seemed to drop as just a white dot.
I saw this too - Hendersonville TN around 5:35 am. Zero clouds in the sky. This was a bit above the horizon looking toward the east - traveling northeast. Didn't hear anything or see any blinking lights, just moving through the air at a pretty quick pace.
I saw a fireball on Cape Cod around 3pm. Tried to get photos unsuccessfully. Time of the previous report is wrong as it was posted way earlier than 8:48pm on 10:6/26.
It looked amazing!! I’m sad I didn’t get to see it with my own eyes, my camera was in night vision mode so I didn’t get to see the colors. Thank you for sharing!
We have been hearing this type of noise/similar in NH. I posted about it this afternoon on 10/5/26 if you look at what I wrote. It happens here every day and sometimes 2x a day.
It was seen this morning at approx. 0644 from Fort Knox, KY

I saw this on my commute between Carrolton Georgia and Peachtree City Georgia. First saw it at 6:38

Driving east through Jackson , MS. Initial thought...... comet? It was huge!
I know you say you weren't scared but I would have freaked out lol. It had to been so dark in the middle of the ocean then to see something like.
I saw same type of behavior from mammoth spring AR. Two nights in a row. Video taken both nights.

I saw it also when I was leaving work at 1:07 am near 51st and Camelback in Glendale, AZ

That was Star link Satellite's after launch. My sister watched them go over her house and she said they seemed very close to tree tops.
Heard it too, I assume it's a plane breaking the sound barrier bc it didn't sound like a firework. Woke me up at almost 6 a.m though.
