My granddaughter alerted me to a strange straight line of light. Not sure but seriously looked like a Star Trek light Beam. May still be out there. In the Northern sky.
Yes, saw something similar. Was coaching soccer at the South Surrey Athletic park and around 7:45pm last night (Sept.29th) while facing south saw a green ball with purple centre and long green tail arc across a portion of the sky. I though it was a firework at first, but it was moving with a downward trajectory. Lasted 3-5 seconds and then blinked out. No sound. Couple of the girls saw it as well.
Saw meteor flash by low on the horizon heading south, towards the Salish Sea, Victoria BC, around 7:44 or 7:45pm - Tuesday, September 29/26 - bright golden tale. Not a shooting star. Too big, too low, and tail too wide.
Was at my son's soccer practice tonight in delta, bc (facing southwest) and a huge bright orb came overhead with what appeared to have red fire proceeding it as descended down for a solid three seconds. I was surprised that no one of the 100 people/kids around me seemed to notice it!
Yes. Just before 7:45pm. Surrey, BC. Looking South. A blue/green ball of bright light with a clear orange “tail” Was falling straight down. Lasted only a moment. Was very cool to see!
I too saw a red ball with some green flickering streak across the sky appearing in the north heading due west. This occurred between 7:40 and 7:45 pst. I live in Yakima WA and was out walking my dog.
I saw a bright fireball in Naples Florida while looking up at the moon walking my dog. It just appeared in the sky then fell and disappeared. It happened on September 26th around 9:50 pm
Yeah could be I'm pretty sure Akron is one of the places within a meteor shower zone and I had reported the boom earlier before I had found out it was a meteor so could be related

7.05 AM, going north on Canton Center just before Warren. Saw is going very fast west to east and descending for a couple of seconds.

That's so strange I never heard of Red lights being reported before. I wonder would it could have been ?

What you saw was probably starlink satellites. Other people have posted photos and videos on here seeing the same thing.
I was in Millendreath and heard these loud booms as well
